CLEAN PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGIES AND PROCESSES

General Objectives:
REQUIMTE set out the following objectives for this thematic area:
- Development and implementation of clean separation processes, namely processes using supercritical fluids, or involving membranes or adsorption on natural materials.
- Development and implementation of integrated systems of reaction/separation using new types of (bio)reactors, allowing the use of rational amounts of energy and raw materials.
- Development and implementation of separation processes and/or of (bio)conversion of pollutants in waste waters, allowing their elimination or reutilization.
- Development and implementation of monitoring, automation and control of industrial processes.
- Implementation of scale-up of some processes developed at laboratory scale
