Hands-On course on Ligand-based NMR interaction Studies

Course Description:
Theory and practice (acquisition and processing) of Diffusion and NOE based experiments applied to the study of ligand-Protein interactions. The basic theoretical principles of diffusion NMR will be introduced and the concepts of NOE  will be reviewed. DOSY and STD techniques will be approached in the hands-on sessions with special emphasis to acquisition and processing routines. Hands on practice on acquisition and processing Bruker Avance II 400 and 600 MHz spectrometers.

Course Format:
Intensive three days classes integrating lecture (morning) and laboratory sessions (afternoon) that will include hands-on training.
