Research Interests
Surveillance and molecular characterization of Enterobacteriaceae isolates from different niches producing extended-spectrum beta-lactamases (ESBLs) and/or carbapenemases. Assessment of the contribution of clones and/or plasmids in the dissemination of antibiotic resistance genes.
